Next-Generation Can-Am ATV at LAMMA

LAMMA 2024 will witness the UK show debut of the all-new Can-Am Outlander 500 (HD5) and Can-Am Outlander 700 (HD7) models, headlining a selection of Can-Am ATVs and SSVs from the 2024 Can-Am utility lineup on stand 6.850. Crafted from the ground up by BRP’s engineers, these cutting-edge models promise an enhanced rider experience, featuring improved performance, comfort, storage, and versatility to effortlessly handle the diverse demands of utility users across various terrains.

Rachael Turner, BRP Commercial Manager UK and Ireland, expresses excitement about the show and the debut of the new Can-Am models. “These two models are the latest evolution of the Outlander lineup and have been designed from the ground up with the user in mind,” she comments.

Key Highlights of the New Can-Am Models:

  1. Can-Am Outlander BASE PRO HD5 T: A work-ready vehicle delivering consistent performance with class-leading power from the all-new Rotax engine, remarkable ground clearance, suspension travel, towing capacity, and rack capacity.
  2. Can-Am Outlander PRO XU HD7 ABS: Generating 50 horsepower and 41 ft-lb of torque, this model ensures efficient travel up hills and improved towing and cargo carrying on flat terrain.

The Can-Am SSV line-up will also be on display, featuring the Can-Am Traxter HD7 and the Can-Am Traxter 6×6 DPS HD10. The Can-Am Traxter HD7 boasts consistent performance and extended field presence with its 40-litre fuel tank. On the other hand, the Can-Am Traxter 6×6 DPS HD10 serves as a robust SSV, excelling in tasks ranging from hauling machinery to transporting workers and equipment to job sites while maintaining the expected comfort, power, and performance of a Can-Am Traxter.

In addition to the product showcase, Can-Am will host a responsible rider panel with the NFU, Yellow Wellies, NAAC, and HSE at 11 am on stand 6.850. The panel will cover various topics, including training, educating users on the importance of wearing the correct PPE, and implementing best practices before, during, and after ATV use.

Rachael Turner emphasizes the importance of the panel, stating, “It is a great platform from which to discuss the importance of responsible riding, ATV training, and best practices when using an ATV with an engaged audience.”
