New aftersales dealer managers for Kubota

Kubota (UK) Ltd is excited to announce the appointment of Krissi Holt and Neil Scott as new aftersales dealer managers for Kubota agricultural, groundcare, and construction equipment.

These strategic appointments, prompted by internal promotions and Kubota’s expansion, underscore the company’s commitment to investing in aftersales and enhancing dealer support for parts supply, service knowledge, and warranty. This initiative is part of Kubota’s ongoing dealer development program, with the aftersales dealer manager roles designed to enrich the customer service experience by fostering stronger connections between dealers and customers.

Krissi Holt, responsible for supporting the dealer network in the East and South East of England, brings a wealth of industry experience, having spent the last decade in the field. Her most recent six years were dedicated to Lister Wilder, where she served as a service manager before advancing to a key account manager role at a pre-delivery inspection center.

Reflecting on her background, Krissi shared, “Having worked in a dealership, I have a thorough understanding of the challenges that dealers face. And that past experience certainly helps in my role as an aftersales dealer manager to support their businesses.” She expressed enthusiasm about her career progression with Kubota, stating, “Being able to work directly for a manufacturer is the career progression I sought, and with Kubota, my new role opens up many more possibilities beyond working solely within the groundcare sector.”

Neil Scott, appointed as Kubota’s aftersales dealer manager for agricultural, groundcare, and construction equipment in the Midlands, North West of England, and Wales, brings 11 years of industry expertise. His previous roles include positions at two Cheshire-based dealerships, with his most recent role being parts manager for Cheshire Farm Machinery.

Recalling his journey into the industry, Neil shared, “I was always interested in tractors and machinery, even at school. After completing higher education at Reaseheath College, I saw opportunities to progress through the trade working with high-profile dealerships. When my Kubota aftersales dealer manager was promoted, I saw an opening to further develop my career by joining a manufacturer.”

Tim Yates, Kubota’s agricultural and groundcare sales manager, commented on the significance of these new aftersales dealer manager roles, stating, “This is a great opportunity to further develop the support available for our dealers, as we continue to reach many more customers across the industries in which we operate.”
