In a strategic collaboration to enhance the High Power charging infrastructure across the UK, GRIDSERVE has opened its latest Electric Retail Hub at Dobbies Milton Keynes. The partnership between the charging company and the popular garden center aims to offer fast and reliable charging facilities for electric vehicle (EV) users, with plans for additional locations in the pipeline.
Situated near the A5, Dobbies Milton Keynes now features a total of six GRIDSERVE charging bays, ensuring ample space for all visitors. The Electric Retail Hub includes three dual charging units with six charging bays, enabling two cars to charge simultaneously at Medium Power speeds. This setup allows EV drivers the flexibility to explore the garden center and other amenities while their vehicles charge.
To facilitate convenient charging experiences, the Dobbies Milton Keynes Electric Retail Hub is equipped with CCS and CHAdeMO connectors, AC sockets, and accepts contactless payments. Real-time status updates are provided to various popular EV charging maps. The chargers are powered by 100% net-zero carbon energy, aligning with GRIDSERVE and Dobbies’ commitment to advancing climate change mitigation efforts.
