Greenfingers Charity, dedicated to creating magical gardens for children’s hospices, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Neil Sewell as its new Greenfingers Operations Director. In his new capacity, Neil will lead the delivery of Greenfingers’ upcoming garden projects and spearhead the expansion of the Garden Re-Fresh programme.
Neil will collaborate closely with the charity’s Director of Fundraising & Communications and work in tandem with the Treasurer and Finance Administrator to oversee the financial well-being of Greenfingers. His role encompasses a holistic approach, ensuring the seamless integration of operations and financial management for the organization.
As Neil assumes his pivotal role, Greenfingers Charity bids farewell to Sally Jenkins, the outgoing Director of Finance & Resource. With Sally entering a well-deserved retirement, her responsibilities will be seamlessly integrated into the Operations Director role, fostering a unified approach to organizational leadership.
Reflecting on these transitions, Sue Allen, Greenfingers Chairman, expressed gratitude to Sally for her dedicated service, stating,
