Weber, the global leader in outdoor cooking innovation, technology, and products, in partnership with celebrity chef, Simon Rimmer, has just launched a brand-new video series featuring some of the UK’s leading food experts.
The new Weber Grilling video series is guaranteed to get viewers tastebuds tingling as TV host Simon Rimmer invites a series of special guests to join him and share their tips and advice around cooking on a barbecue. Weber hopes to help inspire Brits to be more experimental with their food as well as hone their grilling skills.
As part of the series, Simon will be joined by top celebrity chefs, including Yotam Ottolenghi, John Torode, Marco Pierre White, and Andi Oliver who will discuss their relationship with food, as well as their favourite recipes and flavours. Each chef will also take on a special grilling challenge on a brand-new Weber GENESIS, the brand’s most advanced gas barbecue in 15 years.
Simon Rimmer says: “I really enjoyed working on the new Weber video series and collaborating with some of the UK’s top chefs. It was great to see first-hand their different takes on barbecuing and, I must say, I also enjoyed sampling their delicious recipes too!”
Dan Cooper, Weber Master Griller, says: “We’re really excited about the launch of the brand-new video series, and we feel truly honoured to be working with such leading food experts.
“The series was a lot of fun, and we were able to gain fantastic insight into some of the top chef’s barbecuing habits, as well as showcase new ways of grilling on our Weber GENESIS – we’ve certainly been inspired! We hope this new series will help grillers throughout the UK get the most from this year’s barbecue season.”
