Green-tech apprentices increase their numbers. Green-tech has recently welcomed four new recruits to boost their sales and warehouse groups.

Having seen important growth over the last eighteen months, Green-tech’s staffing has recently hit eighty five.

The sales team is being supported by new starters James Webster, Gabriel Bradley, and Ben Simpson. The warehouse and production groups have undertaken a re-structure and sees longstanding team member Sam Jackson being promoted to Production Manager. Cameron Fyfe and George Barton have recently joined the warehouse team are soon to be joined by another new starter in early June.

The company presently has further vacancies for an internet Sales Administrator, a Credit management Assistant and an apprentice buyer. They anticipate their numbers reaching ninety by the close of the year.

The latest additions come a time of constant growth and enlargement for the UKs leading landscape provider. The positions have all been created to fulfill demand because the company continues to thrive. In a progressively competitive marketplace and still unsure economic conditions, Green-tech has seen exceptional growth over the last three years. Their secret? manager Rachel Kay explains “staff development and product innovation is key. We hear our customers and we deliver amazing customer service; getting it right 1st time every time. We continuously review prices, processes and merchandise. And, of course our people. we have a first-class team.”

Chairman Richard Kay continues, “We set out ambitious growth plans in 2015. The build of our business park in North Yorkshire, offices and vast warehousing facilities gave us the infrastructure required to achieve our ambitious targets. Our growth has been planned and we are on target to achieve our goals by 2020.”

Green-tech features a flourishing apprentice programme running in conjunction with Craven college. Their first 2 apprentices have recently passed their courses and have been offered contracts inside the business. They presently have another apprentice within the dispatch department and are recruiting for a buying apprentice; with additional apprentice positions planned for the longer term.
