Garden playhouses to boost little imaginations

One sure way to drag youngsters from their screens is to install a playhouse in the garden. These little personal sanctuaries will help to develop their imaginations and provide hours of fun, especially during school holidays.

Three different playhouse designs are available from Forest Garden, each is suitable from age three years upwards and they have been crafted with built-in longevity, with tall roofs, to ensure children get plenty of years of use from them.

Each playhouse is supplied unpainted making them fully customisable. They are made from pressure treated timber, which is guaranteed against rot and fungal damage for 15 years, the structures are safe too; the hinges on the doors have been specially designed to prevent little fingers getting trapped and you can still keep an eye on them through the shatterproof styrene glazed windows.

Basil

The Basil Multiplay Playhouse is the largest in the range at 8×4 and provides children with an indoor retreat and an open sheltered space with a decked veranda and integral seat.

 Thyme

The Thyme Kids Kabin is 5×5 and features a taller roof and door to provide even more use from toddlers to older children, traditional square windows feature on three sides of the structure allowing plenty of natural light through.

Sage

The smallest playhouse in the range is the 4×4 Sage, making it ideal where space is at a premium and it includes all of the features of the Thyme option, with a smaller surface area. The Sage Playhouse is also available in a tower which is raised off the ground in a fortress style.

Made using sustainably sourced FSC certified wood, each is supplied flat packed for self-assembly, all fixtures and instructions are included.

Forest Garden Playhouses are compliant with EN71 European child safety requirements for toys.
