How to Send Us Press Releases
We welcome press releases from businesses, gardeners, and plant-related projects. To ensure a smooth process, please follow these guidelines:
- Ownership & Permissions
- Only submit photos and content that you own or have explicit permission to share.
- Images must be free for third-party publication.
- We do not accept stock images from Shutterstock, Getty, or similar services.
- Content Guidelines
- Press releases should be clear, accurate, and relevant to gardening, plants, or horticultural projects.
- Include all essential information: who, what, where, when, why, and contact details.
- Submission
- Email your press release and images to:
info@localgardener.org - Attach images in standard formats (JPEG or PNG preferred) and keep files reasonably sized for email.

- By submitting, you confirm that you hold the rights to the images and text, and you grant Local Gardener permission to publish them online or in print.
- Always provide photo credits or captions where applicable.
