A panel of expert gardeners including Chair Jim Buttress, Carole Baxter, James Alexander-Sinclair and Sarah Greene will judge 5 categories, from large and small gardens to children’s and community gardens
The HortAid2021 gardening competition will be judged by Jim Buttress (Chair of judges), Carole Baxter, James Alexander-Sinclair and Sarah Greene.
The deadline for entry is 31st July, 2021 and the best in show will win £1,000 in garden gift vouchers and the chance to meet one of the competition judges.
There are also separate category prizes provided by Hozelock, as detailed below, along with £30 garden gift vouchers and a signed certificate for each category winner:
· Large garden… wins a Hozelock Tuffhoze 25m
· Small garden… wins a Hozelock Micro Reel
· Containers/pots/window baskets/hanging baskets… wins a Hozelock Micro Reel
· Children’s garden… wins a Hozelock Micro Reel
· Community garden… wins a Hozelock Growbag Waterer
The competition categories cover a wide range of gardening interests, meaning anyone can enter. These include small garden, large garden, community garden, children’s garden and containers/pots/window baskets/hanging baskets.
