Bringing two decades of seasoned experience in the manufacturing, distribution, and FMCG sectors, John Thompson assumes a pivotal role in steering the next phase of AMES’s growth, focusing keenly on the financial landscape. In his new capacity, John will oversee all facets of accounting and payroll, along with taking charge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis. His responsibilities extend to collaborating with the broader leadership team to ensure that ongoing investments, including new warehousing and ERP systems, deliver tangible value not only for customers but also for internal teams.
